Returns & Refunds

Our commitment

Every FORMER LOVER. piece is inspected before dispatch. If something is not right with your order, contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.

 

14-day return window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • Free from damage, marks, or odours
  • Returned with its original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted and may be returned to the sender.

 

How to return an item


  1. Email contact@formerlover.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it using a tracked postal service. Keep your proof of postage until your return has been received.
  4. Once the return is received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome by email.

 

Return shipping costs

For a change-of-mind return or an incorrect size ordered, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue. Where applicable, we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

 

Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us before returning an item to confirm whether your preferred size is available. Exchange items must meet the same return conditions listed above.

 

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Your bank, card provider, Klarna, or payment provider may need additional time to process and display the refund.

 

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU and Spanish consumer protection law.
