EASY 14-DAY RETURNS
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives
to return it for a full refund, no questions asked.
How it works:
1. Email us at contact@formerlover.com with your
order number. You do not need to explain why.
2. We will reply within 24 hours with simple
return instructions and our Barcelona address.
3. Send the item back unworn, in original condition,
with original packaging.
4. Once received, your refund is processed within
5 business days to your original payment method.

If you receive the wrong item, a faulty piece, or
anything that does not match what you ordered —
we cover return shipping completely.

We will arrange everything at no cost to you.
