These Terms govern your use of formerlover.com
and any purchase made through it.

FORMER LOVER is an independent brand operating
from Barcelona, Spain.

1. ORDERING

By placing an order you confirm you are at least
18 years old, your information is accurate, and
you are authorised to use the payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel any order before
dispatch. A full refund is issued immediately if
this occurs.

2. PRICING

All prices shown in EUR include IVA where applicable.
Shipping is free on all orders.

We may change prices at any time. Changes do not
affect orders already confirmed.

3. PAYMENT

We accept:
— PayPal (cards accepted without a PayPal account)
— Bank transfer (order held 48 hours)
— Bizum (Spain customers)

Bank transfer and Bizum orders are held 48 hours
awaiting payment. Orders cancelled after 48 hours
if payment not received.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.
Shipping is free worldwide. Full details in our
Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for carrier
delays outside our control.

5. RETURNS

14-day returns on all unworn items. Full details
at formerlover.com/pages/returns.

6. YOUR EU CONSUMER RIGHTS

As an EU consumer you have the right to return
purchases within 14 days for any reason, receive
goods matching their description, and receive a
full refund within 14 days of us receiving your
return. These rights are not affected by these Terms.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — photography, text,
branding, logo, design — is the property of
FORMER LOVER and may not be reproduced without
written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

FORMER LOVER's liability is limited to the value
of the order in question. We are not liable for
indirect or consequential losses.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes
are subject to the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
